Delivery

Website prices include UK delivery via Royal Mail First Class post. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service is available for an additional cost of £4.50. Orders received before 12 noon are posted the same day (working day) - orders received after 12 noon will be posted on the next working day. Please note that next day delivery sent out on a Friday is guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday (ie next working day), not Saturday. A signature will be always be required or the item will be returned to depot to await collection.

If you require your gift for a specific date please consider this option - although most items sent by First Class post are delivered the next day this is not a guaranteed service. 

Personalised Blankets and Taggies - we aim to dispatch within 48hrs of receipt of order. Soft toys are also dispatched from stock within 48hrs.

International Delivery - Orders are sent via standard Air Mail - approximately 3-5 working days depending upon destination. Please note it is not possible to track items sent via Air Mail. Please contact us if you wish to use AIRSURE - a 2-4 working day service with a trace and track facility.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange on the item (excluding postage and packing costs). You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go astray in transit.
All items are checked before they are despatched. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 28 days at sales@myblankets.com to let us know and we will arrange a full refund or exchange and provide you with instructions on returning the item. This is all in addition to your statutory rights.

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.

Please do not post items back to us without first informing us so we can give you a returns number.

We will not be liable to you under any circumstances (including through negligence) for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss caused by your use of the Site, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. 6. Privacy: You may browse the Site on an anonymous basis and no personal information (names, addresses, e-mail addresses etc) is collected about you. If you e-mail us we will use the information you give us to respond to you and to provide you with other information that may be relevant to you, but we will not pass any such information to third parties.
