Delivery

Website prices include UK delivery via Royal Mail First Class post. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service is available for an additional cost of £5.50. Orders received before 12 noon are posted the same day (working day) - orders received after 12 noon will be posted on the next working day. Please note that next day delivery items sent out on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday (ie next working day), not Saturday. A signature will be always be required or the item will be returned to depot to await collection. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you require your gift for a specific date please consider this option - although most items sent by First Class post are delivered the next day this is not a guaranteed service. 

Personalised Blankets and Taggies - we aim to dispatch within 48hrs of receipt of order. Soft toys are also dispatched from stock within 48hrs.

International Delivery - International orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure (or International Signed For in those countries which do not operate the Air Sure service)  - this is a trackable delivery system and should hopefully provide a more secure delivery system for international deliveries. Delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days depending upon destination. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-personalised items, you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the item (excluding a handling charge of £3.50). You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go astray in transit. 

All items are checked before they are despatched. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at sales@myblankets.com to let us know and we will arrange a full refund or exchange and provide you with instructions on returning the item. This is all in addition to your statutory rights.

Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.

Please do not post items back to us without first informing us so we can give you a returns number.

Nor shall you attempt to upload or post to the Site anything which may interfere with the correct operation of the Site or any computer system, or which may be illegal, defamatory, offensive, abusive or infringe another person’s rights.

5. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the functioning of the Site or as to the correctness of any information on it. We will not be liable to you under any circumstances (including through negligence) for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss caused by your use of the Site, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. You are responsible for checking the validity of any information obtained from this Site. If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us using the details below.

6. Privacy: You may browse the Site on an anonymous basis and no personal information (names, addresses, e-mail addresses etc) is collected about you. If you e-mail us we will use the information you give us to respond to you and to provide you with other information that may be relevant to you, but we will not pass any such information to third parties.

7. This licence agreement is governed by English law, and any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any changes to this licence, which we may make from time to time, will be posted on this page.
